My purpose is to help my client to understand and interact with the training system, which involves ‘purpose driven movements’, these are exercises that are performed in multiplanes, multi joint, on unstable surfaces, mimic everyday movements, for people who are engaged in their chosen favourite sport directly replicate the movements and enhancing sporting powers of training needs that have a purpose and designed to have sporting needs and daily practical use.
